After a catastrophic oil spill from a transnational oil tanker, the bay (Fayette bay) is left in critical situation where almost all marine life has fallen victim to the crude oil. Local fishermen have also affected. As a result, the economy of the Northeast district has crumbled, and locals have taken refuge in the drug trade.... much like Baltimore Maryland.
